WEB DESIGN
Turn ideas into websites people can use.
I guide students through the process of planning, designing, and building a website. The course connects audience needs and content organization with visual design, helping students make clear decisions about navigation, typography, imagery, and page layout.

COURSES
Students develop a website from an initial idea through content planning, a sitemap, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. They use Wix to build their site and Photoshop to prepare visual content, connecting design planning with a working web experience.
Learning focus: Identify a website purpose and audience; organize content into a sitemap; design clear navigation; create consistent page layouts; prepare images; build and review a Wix website.
KEY SKILLS
Inside the Classroom

From Concept to Published Website
Students begin with a website proposal and visual references, then develop a sitemap and content plan. They create high-fidelity page prototypes using Adobe tools or PowerPoint, selecting photographs, colors, typography, and button styles before building in Wix. Feedback throughout the process helps them refine their ideas and connect individual pages into a consistent website.
