I directed a series of short animated commercials for a video-on-demand (VOD) platform, created for social media promotion. My role involved guiding the creative direction and visual storytelling, with attention to shot composition, camera movement, and pacing. Each commercial needed to communicate its message within a short runtime while contributing to a consistent visual identity across the series.
Alongside directing, I handled lighting and rendering, developing the atmosphere and final appearance of the animated scenes. I used lighting, color, and shadow to guide the viewer’s attention and support the action, while balancing render quality with production needs. Working across these roles allowed me to carry the creative direction through to the finished visuals.
